Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

• You change your mind after placing the order.

• You made an error in the design, spelling, or file you uploaded.

• The item was delivered correctly and matches the preview you approved.

How to Start a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos showing the error or defect

We'll respond within 1–2 business days to help make it right.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If we made the error, we'll cover the return shipping or send a replacement without needing the item back. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping (if an exception is made).
